The Aspen Lofts: Client Testimonial

Being a Board Member in a Homeowners Association comes with very little or no training.  So, to educate ourselves, our Board turned to books and industry publications.  One of the areas that troubled us was our Directors and Officers Insurance coverage.  Was it enough?  Depending on who we spoke it, we got different answers.  Our HOA attorney recommended we reach out to AJ Scott of the Community Partners Insurance Agency.  We set up an in-person meeting.

When you first meet AJ, you quickly learn that you are working with a well prepared and experienced professional.  She was able to answer all our questions and then asked us some in exchange.  This quickly made us aware that we knew very little about our current policies and what they did or did not cover.  Within a short period of time, AJ made a presentation to us on our current policies and subsequent coverage.  And she did it all in language we could understand.

We followed Community Partners Insurance recommendations.  A short time later, there was an incident that occurred.  Did we need to file a claim?  How do we get started?  A quick call to AJ gave us directions on who to call and even supplied us with our policy numbers to make the call to our Insurance Company get off to a quick start.

We are holding our Annual HOA Meeting in September 2023 and have asked AJ to be a guest speaker.  At that meeting we will be presenting a revision to our CC&Rs.  AJ has made recommendations to include an updated section on insurance.

AJ and her company respond promptly to all our telephone calls and emails – this means after 5 pm and occasionally on weekends.  This is excellent customer service.
